  • If you used the kitchen, clean the surfaces, wash the utensils, and leave everything tidy.

2. Hotel Quiet Rules (10:00 PM to 10:00 AM)

Hello! To ensure a peaceful and pleasant stay for all our guests, we ask that you respect the following quiet rules during the evening and morning hours:

From 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM, we ask that you maintain a low noise level in all areas of the hotel. This includes conversations, music, television, and any activity that could cause disturbance.

Please avoid making loud noises in the rooms, hallways, and common areas during these hours. If you need to speak to someone, please do so in a low or gentle voice.

If you must engage in any activity that generates noise, such as using the television or playing music, please do so before 10:00 PM or after 10:00 AM, to avoid disturbing other guests.

Respecting everyone's rest is very important so everyone can enjoy a good night's sleep and start the day with energy.

Parking is only permitted in the hotel's private outdoor parking spaces.

Use of the indoor parking:

The indoor parking may be used in the following cases:

When there is no availability in the private outdoor parking.

People with reduced mobility, including those using walkers, wheelchairs, etc.

Elderly guests who require additional accommodations.

Families with young children who need assistance carrying shopping or luggage.

Traffic:

Please drive carefully and follow posted signs to ensure the safety of all guests.

Preventing Insect Inconvenience:

Since we are in close contact with nature, mosquitoes may be present in outdoor areas. To prevent inconvenience we recommend:

Using screens on windows and doors when they are open.

Avoid leaving windows or doors open with the lights on at night, as this attracts mosquitoes.

7. Environmental Care and Responsibility

· Please do not flush paper, wipes, trash, or hygiene products down the toilet. These materials must be disposed of in designated containers to prevent possible damage. · It is very important to remember that we are located in a natural environment, without municipal sewage systems, where septic tanks or cesspools are responsible for managing wastewater. Therefore, any object or debris that obstructs these systems can cause serious problems, such as blockages, unpleasant odors, and environmental damage.

Trash and Recycling

· We would greatly appreciate it if, at the end of your reservation, you could separate your trash into the designated recycling bins. This helps us keep our environment clean and contribute to the sustainability of the planet.

Yellow Bin: plastic containers, cans, and cartons

Blue Bin: paper and cardboard, such as newspapers, boxes, etc.

Green Bin: glass, such as bottles, jars, and pots

Gray Bin: non-recyclable or non-recyclable waste

Brown Bin: organic waste, food scraps, fruit and vegetable peelings, coffee grounds

General Rules for Pets

If your pet barks a lot or shows aggression, this place is not suitable for it. Refrain from bringing it if you know it could cause problems, or if it relieves itself inside the apartment, destroys furniture, plants, or attacks cats.

· 🐾 Always notify the host that you are bringing a pet. Maximum 1 pet per home.

· 🛏️ It is mandatory to bring your pet's bed and a blanket to protect the furniture.

· 🚫 Prohibited: Getting on beds and sofas.

· 🚿 Do not use towels or bedding from the accommodation for your pet.

· 🦮 Short Leash: Always supervise your pet.

· 🚫 Do not leave your pet alone: In rooms or in the gardens without authorization.

· 🗑️ Pick up: Always pick up waste with bags and place it daily in a public trash container outside the premises.

· 🐾 Respect: Make sure your pet respects other animals.

· 🦮⚖️ You are responsible for your pet and any damage it may cause.

· 🚫 Do not allow it access to reserved areas or other homes, including the pool.

Damage Liability Policy

The guest agrees to care for and maintain the property's facilities, furniture, appliances, and fixtures in good condition during their stay. Any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or accident will be the guest's responsibility and must be repaired or replaced at their own expense.

In the event of damage, the guest must immediately inform the host and be responsible for any necessary repairs or replacements.

2. Proper Use of Facilities

Guests are requested to use the facilities responsibly and respect the rules of coexistence and safety.

3. Inventory

The guest agrees to return the inventory of fixtures and fixtures in the same condition as received.

4. Insurance and Guarantees
